Fundraising Growth Framework exists to help charities build the systems, structure and strategy they need to grow sustainable income and deeper supporter relationships.
My focus is on helping organisations move away from fragmented tools and disconnected processes, and towards a more joined-up, insight-led approach to fundraising and engagement.
About me
My name is Haley Medlock
I’ve worked in fundraising and income development within the charity sector, with a focus on CRM systems, donor journeys and fundraising operations.
Over time, I’ve seen a consistent challenge: charities doing great work, but being held back by systems that don’t fully support how they manage supporters, data and income.
That’s where my work sits - helping organisations build the foundations that allow fundraising to become clearer, more consistent and more effective.
What I do

Beacon CRM implementation
A key part of my work is supporting charities using Beacon CRM, helping them implement and optimise the platform so it reflects how they actually operate.
The goal is to make Beacon a practical, day-to-day fundraising tool - supporting better stewardship, stronger relationships, and clearer insight for growth.
